Today, Commissioners Court proudly recognized the life and legacy of Gracie Sennette.

Gracie devoted her life to nursing and was known for her unwavering compassion, kindness, and commitment to patient care. Beyond her career, she selflessly gave her time volunteering at local churches and food banks. ❤️

In her memory, her great niece, Marce Butler and lifelong friend, Meni Koulakiotis, founded The Kefi Project, a non-profit dedicated to providing housing and onsite care for low-income or no-income seniors, embodying the selfless spirit Gracie demonstrated throughout her life.

Pre-Trial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week

Brazoria County Commissioners Court proclaimed July 20 – July 26 as “Pre-Trial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week.” This special week is dedicated to our corrections professionals, who work with law enforcement and community agencies, driving positive change in our community.
