Phillips 66 presents Commissioners Court with $10,000 donation to support James Brawner, Pct. 4

Today in Commissioners Court, Phillips 66 presented Constable James Brawner, Pct. 4, with a generous $10,000 donation to purchase a Grappler Pursuit Intervention Device. 

This equipment will enhance the safety and effectiveness of law enforcement operations and support public safety in Brazoria County.
