The Civil Division of the Brazoria County Precinct 1 Constable's Office is devoted to proper and expedient service of Civil Process received by our office. The Constable's Office is operated from three different locations (Lake Jackson-Main Office, Freeport Office, Alvin Office), all which can intake Civil Process, such as (but not limited to):

Citations (Small Claim/Debt Claim) Evictions (Forcible Entry & Detainer) Notices Tax Suit Citations Precepts Distress Warrants Subpoenas Summons Writs Orders Any other process not included above can be examined by Civil Staff

Our office receives Writs and Orders that have been processed and issued by the District, County and Justice of the Peace courts within our County as well as all that is brought in by in person, mailed, or E-Filed from the District Clerk's Office.
