To combat this growing issue, we’ve launched the Eagle Eye Environmental Division, a specialized enforcement team dedicated to investigating illegal trash complaints, holding violators accountable, and preserving the beauty of Brazoria County.

Our Mission

The Eagle Eye Environmental Division works hand-in-hand with:
✅ The Brazoria County Environmental Division
✅ The District Attorney’s Office
✅ The Brazoria County Parks Department
✅ Other Local, State and Federal agencies

Our goal? To track down, investigate, and file charges against those who dump illegally. Whether it’s a pile of trash dumped on our back roads or debris polluting our coastline, we take swift action to ensure offenders are fined, cited, or arrested.
