Constable Mike Fulton and the Brazoria County Precinct 1 Office are dedicated to delivering the highest level of public safety services possible to our citizens. Constable Fulton appreciates our community’s trust and seeks to maintain confidence in the ability to properly investigate complaints against its members. Constable Fulton is interested in taking action when its employees neglect their duties or are guilty of wrongdoing. Your complaint will be given a fair and thorough investigation, including outside agencies to oversee possible issues.
To ensure these ideals and protect Individual Rights as well as ensure professionalism in service, Constable Fulton created the Office of Professionalism and Ethics (O.P.E.)
