The Lakes of Savannah Community is located just north of State Highway 6 and West of County Road 48, Approximately 2 Miles west of State Highway 288. The Community is home to more than 3,700 households. The Lakes of Savannah, or LOS, Community is split into a North and South Section, each of which have a Home-Owners Association which conducts business with the Brazoria County Precinct 4 Constable's Office

The Lakes of Savannah South Homeowner's Association (LOS HOA) entered into an agreement with the Brazoria County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, thanks to concentrated and dedicated efforts between Constable Brawner and the HOA Board of Directors to provide additional Security and Patrol Services to their community. 

The Lakes of Savannah Community encompasses an approximated 2 square miles, and is patrolled by a full time deputy and a part time deputy for a total of 56 hours of patrol each week, with differing shifts and times for maximum crime deterrence and safety.
