Effective March 11, 2021, all defendants on bond and attorneys for criminal matters in Brazoria County Texas, MUST appear in-person at the Brazoria County Courthouse for all court settings.

If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent your client from appearing in-person; the attorney must obtain approval from the Court prior to the court setting for the defendant to appear virtually.
