The Dude Payne Event Center is named in honor of one of Brazoria County’s longest tenured and most beloved County Commissioners, who among many other duties was the liaison on behalf of the Parks Department for six consecutive terms. This beautiful, state-of-the-art facility features a large, multipurpose banquet hall space with round table and chairs that seats 208, restrooms with showers, a dressing area, and audio-visual setup with three 98-inch flatscreen TVs. For additional fees, a full commercial kitchen is also available for rent, as is an adjoining exhibit hall gallery with amazing local taxidermy animals.

• Weekend Rental Fee (Friday – Sunday): 8:00 am – Midnight: $2,500
• Weekday Rental Fee (Monday – Thursday): 8:00 am – Midnight: $1,000
• Full Commercial Kitchen* (Optional): $500
• Cleaning Deposit**: $500
• Exhibit Hall Rental***: $1000

*Walkthrough orientation required for equipment usage
