Go Paperless: Sign Up for Electronic Property Tax Statements

Enjoy the convenience of receiving your property tax statements by email!

Signing up is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Complete Form 50-843

     Fill out the Request for Electronic Delivery of Communications with a Tax Official

2. Email completed

     Send it to taxoffice@brazoriacountytx.gov

3.  Email verification

      Once we receive your form, we will confirm your request and verify your email address.

4. You're all set!

      You'll now receive your property tax statements electronically!

 Important:

Sign up by September 15th to receive property tax statements for the current tax year.  Your request will remain in effect for future years as long as it's still active on September 15th of the following year.  No need to submit another request!

Need to update your email address?  Simply follow the same steps above and submit a new form.
